The CUSTECH Journal of Innovation, Management and Social Sciences (CUSTECH-JIMSS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published twice yearly by the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Kogi State. 1. Manuscript Types

Full Research Papers (5,000–8,000 words)
Short Communications (2,500–4,000 words)
Case Studies & Industry Reports (3,000–6,000 words)
Book Reviews (1,000–1,500 words)

Language: British English
Style: APA 7th Edition (references & citations)
Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced
